About the Role :

Healipps Healthcare is looking for a dynamic, confident, and result-oriented Medical Representative (MR) to join our Sales & Marketing team.

The candidate will be responsible for promoting Healipps Healthcare's pharmaceutical products to doctors and healthcare professionals, developing strong relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists and distributors, generating prescriptions, expanding the customer base, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate should have good communication and convincing skills, a positive attitude, willingness to travel, and a strong interest in pharmaceutical field sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, nursing homes, pharmacies and chemists regularly within the assigned territory.

- Promote and explain Healipps Healthcare's pharmaceutical products to doctors and healthcare professionals.

- Communicate product features, benefits, indications, dosage/usage and other approved product information effectively.

- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, stockists and distributors.

- Generate prescriptions and contribute towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Identify new doctors, pharmacies, hospitals and business opportunities in the assigned territory.

- Conduct regular doctor calls, chemist visits and stockist interactions according to the company's field plan.

- Ensure adequate product availability and coordinate with distributors/stockists regarding stock requirements.





- Collect and report market feedback, competitor activities, pricing, product movement and customer requirements.

- Follow up with existing customers and develop new customers to expand the territory.

- Participate in doctor meetings, product presentations, CME activities and promotional campaigns whenever required.

- Submit Daily Call Reports (DCR), tour plans, expense reports and sales updates on time.

- Attend company sales meetings and product training programs.

- Maintain professional and ethical conduct while representing Healipps Healthcare in the market.

- Follow company policies and applicable pharmaceutical industry guidelines.

Daily Performance Expectations

The Medical Representative will be expected to maintain disciplined field activity, which may include:

- 10–15 doctor calls per day

- Regular chemist/pharmacy visits

- Stockist/distributor follow-ups

- New customer/doctor development

- Timely submission of Daily Call Reports

- Consistent achievement of monthly sales objectives

Actual KPIs may vary according to territory, product portfolio and management requirements.

Eligibility & Qualification

Preferred Qualifications:

- B.Pharm / D.Pharm / B.Sc. / BBA / Any Graduate

- Candidates with pharmaceutical sales experience will be preferred.

- Freshers with good communication and convincing skills may also apply.

- Candidates having knowledge of the local market and an existing doctor/chemist network will have an added advantage.

Experience

- Experience of 1–3 years in pharmaceutical/medical sales will be preferred.
