Job Summary

The Guest Relation Executive is responsible for delivering an excellent guest experience by

welcoming guests, handling queries and concerns, and ensuring smooth front-of-house operations.

The role focuses on building positive guest relationships, maintaining service standards, and

coordinating with internal teams to enhance overall guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome guests in a warm, courteous, and professional manner

- Manage guest interactions, feedback, and complaints efficiently

- Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit

- Maintain high standards of grooming, etiquette, and hospitality

- Assist in resolving service issues promptly and escalate when required

- Collect guest feedback and share insights with the management team

- Support front office operations during peak hours





- Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality (preferred)

- 0-1 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or customer service

- Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
