SEO Executive – Organic Growth & Website Optimization

Role Overview

We are looking for an SEO Executive who can take ownership of day-to-day organic growth activities across multiple business websites.

This is not a role limited to keyword research, meta-tag updates, or routine backlink submissions. The selected candidate will be expected to identify ranking opportunities, optimize commercial landing pages and blogs, resolve technical SEO issues, strengthen website authority, and improve organic traffic and lead generation.

The role requires someone who can work closely with content writers, designers, and developers while independently tracking SEO performance and recommending the next course of action.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct keyword research based on search intent, business relevance, ranking potential, and conversion opportunity.
- Optimize landing pages, blogs, meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal links.
- Audit existing content and identify pages that need improvement, consolidation, or removal.
- Perform technical SEO audits using Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Semrush, or similar tools.
- Identify indexing, crawling, redirect, canonical, sitemap, page-speed, and Core Web Vitals issues.
- Coordinate with developers to implement and verify technical fixes.
- Plan and execute relevant link-building and off-page SEO activities.
- Monitor rankings, organic traffic, impressions,



clicks, leads, and conversions.
- Analyze competitors and identify keyword, content, and backlink opportunities.
- Prepare clear weekly and monthly SEO reports with findings and action plans.
- Work with content writers to create SEO-focused briefs and optimize published content.
- Stay updated on search algorithm changes, AI search, AEO, and SEO best practices.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, technical, and content SEO.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
- Familiarity with Semrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
- Understanding of search intent, keyword mapping, internal linking, and SERP analysis.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress, HTML, schema, redirects, robots.txt, and XML sitemaps.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

Preferred

- Experience with B2B, SaaS, healthcare, technology, or lead-generation websites.
- Knowledge of international SEO, AEO, and AI search visibility.
- Experience improving organic leads, not just traffic and rankings.

Salary: Based on experience and practical SEO knowledge.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
