Job Description – Store & Purchase

Position: Store & Purchase Executive / Manager
Department: Stores & Purchase
Location: Jaipur
Industry Preference: Furniture, Wood, Stone, or Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day store operations, material inward/outward, and inventory control.
- Handle purchase activities including vendor identification, quotations, negotiation, and purchase orders.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials, hardware, consumables, and other production-related materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Accounts, and other departments for material requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate timely procurement to avoid shortages.
- Verify materials received against POs, invoices, and quality/quantity requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate price, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.




- Ensure proper storage, identification, and handling of materials.
- Prepare purchase and inventory-related reports for management.
- Follow company procedures for purchase approvals, documentation, and inventory control.

Industry-Specific Preference:
Candidates with experience in wood/furniture manufacturing, stone, or similar manufacturing industries will be preferred, particularly those familiar with hardware, wood, stone, consumables, production materials, and vendor management.

Experience: 4–8 years
Qualification: Graduate/Diploma; relevant qualification in Supply Chain/Purchase/Stores will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
