About us

Polarein is a [small, fast-moving] technology company based in Noida. We build software products and work on industrial and hardware projects for B2B clients, alongside consumer-facing (D2C) brand work. You'll sit close to the people making the decisions — nothing you make will disappear into a queue.

What you'll actually do

- Design social media creatives — Instagram carousels, single posts, stories, LinkedIn graphics
- Design marketing collateral: brochures, one-pagers, pitch deck slides, banners, event standees
- Basic photo editing and retouching — product shots, team photos, cleanup and compositing
- Light video editing for reels and short-form content (cuts, subtitles, simple motion)
- Adapt one core design across multiple formats and platform sizes
- Keep brand assets organised — fonts, logos, colour codes, templates

What we're looking for

Must have:





- Currently studying or recently completed a course in design, fine arts, mass communication, or a related field — or self-taught with work to show
- Working knowledge of Figma or Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (Canva alone is not enough)
- A portfolio — Behance, Google Drive, Instagram, PDF, anything. Course projects and personal work are fine.
- Solid grasp of typography, alignment, and spacing. This matters more to us than illustration skill.

Nice to have:

- Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut
- Any experience designing for a business or brand, even unpaid or for a college society
- An eye for B2B/industrial communication, not just consumer aesthetics
- Able to come to our Noida office if asked to.
