Experience: 2–5 years in Telesales/Inside Sales

Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the telesales team.
- Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Train team members on sales and objection handling.
- Track team performance and prepare reports.
- Handle customer escalations and support sales closure.
- Ensure proper CRM and lead management.
Skills: Valuable communication, team handling, sales, negotiation, leadership, and target-oriented mindset.
Salary: ₹25000+ Incentives.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
