MLIME is a Rajasthan-based enterprise that develops, produces, and provides lime-based sustainable construction materials in India and beyond. We are looking for an energetic and highly organized candidate to join our team in the capacity of an Operations Manager in Delhi

Job Location: Delhi / Hybrid

Term

Full time position, Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with a commitment of 18 months following the first month.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in operations, administration, logistics, project coordination, or a similar role.

Scope of Work

Oversee and streamline day-to-day business operations to ensure efficient execution across departments.

Coordinate between sales, production, logistics, vendors, clients, and the internal team to ensure timely delivery and smooth workflows.

Manage dispatch schedules, inventory tracking, vendor relationships, and operational troubleshooting.

Monitor project timelines, payments, documentation, and compliance requirements.





Develop and improve operational systems, processes, and reporting mechanisms.

Ensure effective communication and coordination among all stakeholders.

Support management with planning, resource allocation, and process optimization initiatives.

Handle operational challenges proactively and provide practical, solution-oriented resolutions

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in a remote and stakeholder-facing environment.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

Practical, common-sense approach to decision-making,troubleshooting and team coordination.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
