About Us

We are a fast-growing apparel private limited company started 25 years ago, 100 crore plus turnover, operating across distributors, Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs), Shop-in-Shop stores, and e-commerce. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a finance professional who can drive business decisions through financial analysis rather than routine accounting.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare Annual Business Plans and Profit & Loss projections.

* Develop Quarterly and Monthly Cash Flow forecasts.

* Prepare department-wise budgets and monitor budget utilization.

* Analyze Planned vs Actual performance and identify variances.

* Conduct profitability analysis by product category, channel, customer, and region.

* Identify reasons for reduction in gross margin and net profitability and recommend corrective actions.

* Develop dashboards and MIS reports for management.

* Work closely with Sales, Production, Procurement, Merchandising, and Operations teams to improve business performance.

* Monitor inventory levels, working capital, receivables, and cash conversion cycle.

* Evaluate pricing strategies,



discounts, promotional schemes, and their impact on profitability.

* Build financial models to support business expansion and strategic decisions.

* Present meaningful insights to senior management with actionable recommendations.

Desired Profile

* CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred.

* 5–10 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Business Finance, Commercial Finance, or Controlling.

* Experience in manufacturing, retail, FMCG, apparel, or consumer products will be an added advantage.

* Strong analytical ability with excellent proficiency in Excel and Power BI (preferred).

* Ability to convert financial data into business insights and recommendations.

* Robust communication and presentation skills.

* Hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of working with cross-functional teams.
