Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our team at Manipal Hospitals in the Inpatient Department (IPD). The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being during their hospital stay. The role involves monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate patient records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients in the IPD.
- Monitor vital signs and patient conditions, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist in diagnostic procedures and therapeutic interventions.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.




- Document nursing care accurately in patient records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to hospital policies and protocols.

Skills and Tools Required:

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) or equivalent nursing degree.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Compassionate attitude and strong advocacy for patient care.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification; advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification preferred.
- Familiarity with medical equipment and technology used in patient care.
