Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. UGC & Creator Management

- Post collaboration opportunities in Socialites (our creator community).
- Identify and onboard the right creators for client campaigns - ensuring robust content-brand fit.
- Handle creator communications - from outreach and negotiation to briefing and final delivery.
- Coordinate with UGC clients for briefs, feedback, and approvals.
- Research and conceptualize UGC video ideas that align with brand aesthetics and performance goals.

2. Community Building & Engagement

- Work on growing and activating our creator community, Socialites.
- Conceptualize and execute engagement activities, reward systems, and campaigns to keep creators active and motivated.

3. Operations & Quality Control

- Collaborate with the internal creative and strategy team for smooth execution of tasks.
- Conduct first-round quality checks on content before submission to clients.
- Maintain internal trackers for brand outreach, creator campaigns, and performance.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
