- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PO/PI & APIs Development.
- Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using SAP Process Orchestration and Process Integration tools.
- Strong knowledge of API development, management, and security best practices.
- Familiarity with up-to-date software development frameworks and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize middleware components to ensure high availability and performance.
- Experience with system integration patterns and enterprise application integration concepts.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP PO/PI & APIs Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
