​Role Overview

​We are looking for a tech-savvy and strategic Digital Marketing Manager with 3.5+ years of experience to drive our multi-channel growth strategies. The ideal candidate will leverage AI-powered marketing tools to automate workflows, optimize campaign ROI, accelerate content generation, and deliver data-driven marketing results. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.

​Key Responsibilities

- ​AI Tool Integration: Utilize AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Midjourney, MarketMuse, SurferSEO, Copy.ai) to scale content production, personalized email sequences, ad copy creation, and creative workflows.
- ​Campaign Strategy & Execution: End-to-end management of paid performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and programmatic display.
- ​SEO & Analytics Automation: Use AI tools and platforms like Google Analytics (GA4), SEMrush, and Ahrefs to conduct predictive keyword analysis, track attribution,



and generate real-time performance reports.
- ​Lead Generation & Conversion: Design conversion-rate-optimized (CRO) landing pages, run A/B split testing using AI analytics, and optimize sales funnels.
- ​Team & Agency Collaboration: Coordinate with design, content, and developer teams to execute marketing initiatives seamlessly.

​Qualifications & Requirements

- ​3.5+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, growth hacking, or digital strategy.
- ​Strong hands-on experience using generative AI tools for copy, graphics, and data analysis.
- ​Fluency with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, GA4, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot/ActiveCampaign/Mailchimp).
- ​Communication: Flawless English communication skills (written and spoken) to draft high-converting ad copy and present strategic reports to leadership.
- ​Strong analytical mindset with a track record of managing marketing budgets effectively.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
