Admission Officer – Education Institute

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Admission Officer to lead our marketing and admissions activities. The candidate will be responsible for managing the marketing team, generating and converting leads, promoting our academy’s courses, developing school partnerships, and driving student admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Lead Generation

- Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote academy courses and programs.
- Lead and monitor marketing activities across online and offline channels.
- Generate new leads through digital marketing, campaigns, events, referrals, seminars, and other promotional activities.
- Maintain the lead database and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Track lead quality, conversion rates, and marketing performance.

Sales & Admissions

- Handle enquiries and convert prospective students into admissions.
- Counsel students and parents and recommend suitable courses.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual admission targets.
- Follow up with prospective students throughout the admission process.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.

School Visits & School Tie-Ups

- Plan and conduct regular visits to schools to promote academy courses.
- Build relationships with school management, principals, teachers, and career counsellors.
- Develop and maintain school tie-ups and institutional partnerships.
- Organize career guidance programs, seminars, workshops, and promotional activities in schools.
- Generate student leads and admission opportunities through school collaborations.

Business Development

- Identify new opportunities for course promotion and student acquisition.
- Develop partnerships with schools, organizations, institutions, and other relevant communities.




- Explore new marketing channels and opportunities to increase admissions.
- Contribute ideas for new programs, campaigns, and promotional activities.

Team Management

- Lead, guide, and motivate the marketing team to achieve targets.
- Assign responsibilities and monitor individual team performance.
- Conduct regular reviews and ensure accountability.
- Support team members in lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

- Prepare regular reports on leads, follow-ups, school visits, conversions, and admissions.
- Monitor marketing and sales performance against targets.
- Analyze campaign results and suggest improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, school contacts, and partnerships.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Sales is an added advantage.
- 2–5 years of experience in admissions, education marketing, sales, business development, or a related field.
- Solid communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in team handling and target achievement.
- Ability to conduct school visits and develop institutional relationships.
- Good knowledge of lead generation, sales conversion, and follow-up processes.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Office, and digital marketing tools.
- Willingness to travel for school visits and business development activities.
