Your work profile

- We are looking for an experienced Salesforce DevOps Engineer to manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines, deployments, automation, and release processes across Salesforce environments.
- Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
- Manage Salesforce deployments across development, QA, UAT, and production environments.
- Work with tools such as Git, GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, SFDX, and Salesforce CLI.
- Automate deployment, testing, validation, and release management processes.
- Manage source control, branching strategies, code merges, and release versioning.




- Monitor deployment pipelines and troubleshoot build and deployment issues.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Architects, QA, and business teams to ensure smooth releases.
- Implement DevOps best practices, security controls, and governance.

Required skills

- 5–8 years of experience in Salesforce DevOps/DevOps engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, Git, and CI/CD tools.
- Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Positive understanding of Salesforce metadata, deployment strategies, and environment management.
- Experience with automation, release management, and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Salesforce DevOps or relevant Salesforce certifications are preferred.

Desired qualification:

- B.Tech / M.Tech or equivalent qualification/experience
