Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Carry out inspection and quality control activities for fabricated components, assemblies, and finished products.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and specifications.
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections as per approved inspection procedures and quality requirements.
- Inspect fabrication activities including cutting, bending, drilling, fit-up, welding, grinding, and assembly.
- Verify dimensions using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Measuring Tape, Height Gauge, etc.
- Monitor welding and fabrication quality, including fit-up, weld appearance, and compliance with approved requirements.




- Prepare and maintain Inspection Reports, Inspection Checklists, NCRs, Corrective Action Reports, and other quality documentation.
- Identify quality deviations / non-conformities and coordinate with Production for corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure traceability of raw materials and maintain relevant inspection and quality records.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, and Engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Support customer / third-party inspections and ensure timely closure of inspection observations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable company quality procedures, drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and management reviews.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Experience:

- Fabrication: 2 years (Preferred)
- Manufacturing engineering: 2 years (Preferred)
- Quality assurance: 2 years (Preferred)
- GD&T;: 2 years (Preferred)
