Job Summary

Ambica Dhatu Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Part-Time Legal Executive to provide legal support for our manufacturing and corporate operations. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Indian Labour, Factory, Contract, Corporate and Commercial Laws and experience handling legal documentation, statutory compliance and dispute-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review and vet agreements, contracts, MOUs, NDAs and legal notices.
- Handle labour law, factory law, industrial disputes and employment-related legal matters.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable Central and State laws.
- Coordinate with advocates, legal consultants and government authorities.
- Assist in court cases, arbitration and other legal proceedings.
- Provide legal opinions, risk assessments and practical recommendations to management.
- Manage legal correspondence, documentation and statutory legal records.
- Support management in contractual matters and dispute resolution.




- Monitor and coordinate timely renewal of licences, registrations and statutory documents.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and legal documents.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- LLB degree is mandatory.
- 5–10+ years of relevant legal experience.
- Solid knowledge of Indian Labour, Factory, Contract, Corporate and Commercial Laws.
- Excellent legal drafting, documentation and negotiation skills.
- Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Practical understanding of business and manufacturing-related legal matters.
- Ability to work independently and provide timely legal support.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality and professional ethics.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal documentation.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Chemical or Industrial sectors will be preferred.
