Job Role
We are looking for an energetic Field Sales Executive who can generate recent business opportunities, meet prospective clients, conduct site visits and convert leads into meetings and projects for Grihscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit potential clients, residential projects, construction sites and other assigned locations.
- Generate new leads through field visits, references, networking and local market research.
- Attend and coordinate client meetings & site visits.
- Explain Grihscape’s Architecture, Interior, Turnkey Construction & PMC services.
- Regularly follow up with leads and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with the design/estimation team for client requirements and quotations.
- Build relationships with property dealers, builders,
architects, contractors and other referral partners.
- Achieve monthly lead, meeting and sales targets.
- Maintain daily field visit and sales activity reports.
Requirements
- Own Bike/Scooter is Mandatory.
- Valid Driving Licence.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel across Gurugram/Delhi NCR.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi communication mandatory; working English preferred.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and CRM.
- Previous experience in Field Sales / Real Estate / Interiors / Construction / Building Materials preferred.
- Target-oriented and confident in face-to-face client meetings.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
