We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing Faculty to conduct online coaching for Prometric Nursing Examinations. The ideal candidate should have strong nursing knowledge, teaching experience, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to conduct engaging and interactive online classes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online training sessions for Prometric Nursing Examination preparation.
- Teach nursing subjects and exam-oriented concepts effectively.
- Prepare students through practice questions, mock examinations, case studies, and discussions.
- Explain complex nursing concepts in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
- Conduct attractive, interactive, and engaging online classes.
- Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback.
- Prepare and update study materials, presentations, and question banks.
- Keep updated with current Prometric examination patterns and requirements.
- Maintain professional communication with students and management.
Qualifications & Experience
- B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant nursing/teaching experience.
- Experience in Prometric / DHA / MOH / HAAD / other nursing licensing examination training is preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong presentation and online teaching abilities.
- Ability to create an engaging and student-friendly learning workplace.
- Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or similar online platforms.
- Reliable internet connection and suitable work-from-home teaching setup.
Working Hours
The initial preferred teaching schedule is:
- Morning Shift: 7:30 AM – 9:30 AM
- Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Important: Shift timings are subject to change based on management requirements, student schedules, and organizational decisions. The selected faculty member should be flexible to work according to the revised schedule when required.
