We are looking for a skilled VMC Programmer & Operator responsible for CNC/VMC programming, machine operation, component machining, and maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and modify VMC programs using G-code/M-code.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Set up VMC machines, tools, work offsets, and job fixtures.
- Operate VMC machines and monitor machining operations.
- Perform accurate measurements using vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.
- Ensure components are manufactured according to required dimensions and tolerances.
- Optimize cutting parameters, tooling, and machining cycles.
- Troubleshoot machining and programming issues.
- Maintain machine, tools, and work area properly.
- Follow safety and quality procedures.
Requirements
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/CNC/VMC or relevant qualification.
- Hands-on experience with VMC programming and operation.
- Knowledge of G-code, M-code, tooling, offsets, and machining parameters.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and understand GD&T.;
- Experience with Fanuc/Siemens or similar CNC controls is preferred.
- Good problem-solving and measurement skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
