As we continue to expand our presence and are looking for dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executives to join our team in Calicut/Kannur, Ernakulam and Trivandrum areas .

We are looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Executive with 3-5 years of experience to coordinate and supervise the company's marketing activities. The role involves working closely with existing and new clients, ensuring timely execution of campaigns, monitoring branding activities, and supporting the sales team with marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective Marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Contractors & Consultants etc.,
- Identify and track key upcoming and ongoing projects (Residential, Commercial, Infrastructure, Industrial etc.,).
- Coordinate with Sales and Project teams to convert specified projects into actual business.
- Provide Technical solutions for Waterproofing, Repair, Flooring, Adhesives, Grouts and Protective Coatings etc.,
- Monitor social media campaigns, website updates, online advertisements, and lead generation activities.
- Supervise project branding, including:
- Site hoardings
- Flex banners
- Sales office branding




- Project brochures
- Ensure timely installation and maintenance of branding material across project sites.
- Monitor competitors' marketing activities and prepare periodic reports.
- Robust organisational and communication skills.

Qualification:

- Strong knowledge and experience in Sales of Construction Chemicals, Waterproofing materials, Adhesives, Epoxy, Grouting, Admixture and Heat resistance products
- Leadership, decision-making skills and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
