Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries professionally, accurately, and promptly
- Assist customers with product, order, payment, and service-related concerns
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and provide appropriate solutions
- Provide clear and helpful information to customers through various communication channels
- Follow company procedures, guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Accurately document customer interactions and updates
- Coordinate with team members when issues require further assistance
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Help contribute to a positive overall customer experience

Significant Information:

- Full-time contractual position
- Night / Graveyard Shift – India Time Zone (IST)
- Night shift schedule is non-negotiable
- 100% Work-from-Home setup
- Paid training is provided
- Training must be successfully completed before regular work assignment

- Must be willing to work weekends and holidays when scheduled

Qualifications:

- Previous E-commerce or BPO experience is an advantage but not required
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Preferred fields of study: Engineering, Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or related fields
- Excellent English communication and comprehension skills
- Neutral English accent preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Fast learner with the ability to understand and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy




- Able to multitask and manage multiple customer concerns efficiently
- Reliable, responsible, and self-motivated
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Willing and available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays

Technical Requirements:

Applicants must have the following equipment and setup:

- Laptop or desktop computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM
- External keyboard and mouse for desktop setups
- Stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 30 Mbps
- High-quality USB headset
- Second monitor required after 30 days of employment
- Reliable backup internet connection
- Reliable backup power/electricity solution to ensure uninterrupted work during outages
- A quiet and suitable work environment where you can work without frequent interruptions
