As a Pre-Primary Teacher, you will play a crucial role in laying the foundation for children's lifelong learning and development. Working with young learners aged 3 to 6, you will create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can explore, learn, and grow. Your primary responsibility is to facilitate their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging activities and structured learning experiences.

Responsibilities:

- Curriculum Development: Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that align with the developmental needs of young children. Incorporate various teaching methodologies to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, orderly, and supportive classroom setting conducive to learning. Establish clear rules and routines while promoting positive behavior and social interactions among students.
- Individualized Instruction: Recognize and accommodate the individual learning needs of each child. Provide differentiated instruction and support to ensure all students are challenged and making progress.
- Parent Communication: Foster open and effective communication with parents/guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress, achievements, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with parents to address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Regularly assess students' development and learning progress using various assessment tools and techniques. Keep detailed records of students' academic and behavioral performance to inform instructional planning and reporting.
- Holistic Development:



Promote holistic development by incorporating activities that enhance children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical skills. Encourage creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking through play-based learning experiences.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff to create an integrated learning environment that supports the overall development of each child. Participate in team meetings, professional development sessions, and school events as required.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on best practices, educational trends, and research in early childhood education. Engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance your teaching skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
- Relevant teaching experience in a pre-primary or early childhood education setting preferred.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and early learning theories.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Certification in early childhood education or teaching credential/license preferred.
