ROLE: Level 1 (L1) Desktop Support Engineer.

Experience: 0-1 year

Core Goal: Resolve basic end-user computing issues and maintain service level agreements (SLAs)

Key Responsibilities:

* Ticket Management: Receive and log inbound user requests via phone, email , chat , or ticketing systems( e.g., Service Now).

* Troubleshooting: Diagnose common problems like password resets, software errors, email syncing etc.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Technical Knowledge: Basic understandings of Windows/operating system/ Microsoft etc.

* Soft Skills :Good verbal and written communication , patience , and problem - solving attitude.

* Education/Certifications: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or any foundation.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
