We are looking for a detailed, fast-paced Office Operations & E-commerce Fulfillment Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse and order fulfillment operations. You will be responsible for the entire post-purchase lifecycle—from order packing and inventory checks to courier coordination and RTO (Return to Origin) reduction.

Key Responsibilities1. Order Fulfillment & Packing

- Pick, check, and pack daily e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently according to brand packaging standards.
- Print shipping labels, invoices, and manifests for courier handovers.
- Perform quality checks (QC) on products prior to dispatch to minimize returns due to defects or incorrect items.

2. Logistics & Courier Coordination

- Hand over packed shipments daily to various courier partners (e.g., Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart, Expressbees, etc.).
- Monitor dispatched shipments daily and track delayed, stuck, or in-transit packages.
- Actively follow up with courier account managers and support teams to resolve NDR (Non-Delivery Report) issues and push for successful re-attempts.

3. RTO & Non-Delivery Management

- Manage daily NDR workflows by contacting customers directly via call/WhatsApp to verify address details and confirm delivery availability.




- Analyze return trends and implement strategies to minimize overall RTO rates.
- Receive, inspect, and restock RTO shipments back into active inventory in a timely manner.

4. Inventory & Office Operations

- Maintain accurate stock levels on the warehouse floor and conduct weekly physical inventory audits.
- Notify the management team about low-stock SKUs, slow-moving items, or inventory discrepancies.
- Keep packing materials (boxes, mailers, tape, thank-you cards) stocked and order supplies proactively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and protected packing station and workspace.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 1–3 years in e-commerce fulfillment, packing, or logistics operations.
- Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with Shopify dashboard, courier aggregator panels (Shiprocket, Pickrr, Delhivery, etc.), and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills to follow up with courier representatives and coordinate with customers for NDR issues.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in picking/packing correct SKUs and tracking orders.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive attitude toward solving delivery delays, address errors, and missing package issues.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
