We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Tele Sales Officer to drive customer engagement and sales of wealth and investment products. The role involves connecting with prospects, managing channel partners, conducting virtual meetings, and building a strong prospecting funnel through digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospects from the available database to introduce wealth products.
- Promote and explain products such as Fixed Income, P2P, Insurance, and Mutual Funds.
- Engage with prospects through virtual meetings, one-on-one calls, and webinars.
- Build and develop B2B channels through effective customer and partner engagement.
- Engage with channel partners and prospective customers for various wealth products.
- Leverage digital campaigns to generate and strengthen the prospecting funnel.
- Manage customer portfolios and provide support for customer service and channel-related queries.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospects, customers, and channel partners.
- Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
Required Skills & Experience
- Good knowledge of investment and wealth products, particularly:
- Fixed Income
- P2P
- Insurance
- Mutual Funds
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in sales, growth marketing, customer engagement, or communication will be preferred.
- Strong convincing and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with customers and channel partners.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ownership, passion, and ambition to grow in a high-growth organization.
