Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell industrial automation spare parts and maintenance services. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing clients, achieving sales targets, and expanding market presence in the automation sector.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new customers in industrial automation, manufacturing, and process industries
- Promote automation spare parts (PLC, HMI, VFD, Sensors, Servo drives, cables, etc.) and AMC/maintenance services
- Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales orders
- Follow up on enquiries, purchase orders, payments, and deliveries
- Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, system integrators, and end users
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Marketing Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies for automation products and services
- Conduct market research to identify recent opportunities and competitor activities




- Promote services through email marketing, site visits, exhibitions, and digital platforms
- Prepare sales reports, customer data, and market feedback for management review

Customer & Technical Coordination:

- Coordinate with service and technical teams for installation, breakdown support, and maintenance jobs
- Understand customer technical requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely service and after-sales support

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Diploma / BE / BTech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering
- Strong knowledge of industrial automation products and services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Experience in automation spare sales, service contracts (AMC), and maintenance support
- Existing industry contacts will be an added advantage
- Self-motivated with strong business development mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
