Job Summary

We are looking for a creative Video Editor & Reels Creator with hands-on experience in short-form video production, shooting, and editing. The ideal candidate should be comfortable creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and social media content.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot and edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and short-form videos.
- Handle basic camera work, framing, composition, lighting, and audio.
- Plan and execute shots based on scripts and creative briefs.
- Create promotional, branding, and performance marketing videos.
- Add motion graphics, animated typography, transitions, captions, music, and sound effects.
- Perform basic colour correction and audio enhancement.
- Create different video variations for social media campaigns and A/B testing.
- Adapt content for different platforms and aspect ratios.
- Collaborate with designers, content writers, and digital marketing teams.
- Stay updated with current social media and video trends.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Requirements

- 1+ year of professional experience in video editing and content creation.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and motion graphics is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop,



Illustrator, and/or CapCut is an advantage.
- Practical knowledge of video shooting and basic cinematography.
- Understanding of framing, camera angles, lighting, composition, and audio.
- Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual creativity.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and work independently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Portfolio Requirement

A qualified showreel/portfolio is mandatory.

The portfolio should demonstrate:

- Instagram Reels and short-form content
- Promotional and brand videos
- Performance marketing creatives
- Motion graphics and animated typography
- Video editing and storytelling
- Video shooting/camera work

Candidates with experience in both video shooting and post-production will be preferred.
