Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our team in Pune. Freshers who are willing to build a career in the BPO/customer service industry are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through voice/chat/email as per the assigned process.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication.
- Understand customer requirements and resolve issues within the defined timelines.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
- Follow company policies, quality standards and process guidelines.
- Meet assigned productivity and customer satisfaction targets.

Eligibility

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Minimum qualification:



12th Pass / Graduate.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.
- Candidates from Pune and nearby locations preferred.
