Role: Business Development Manager – Sales
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in sales of financial and accounting services.
Ideal Candidate
- 4–6 years of experience in B2B sales / business development
- Experience selling financial, accounting, taxation, or compliance services
- Candidates with prior experience in CA firms, CS firms, Legal firms, or skilled services firms will be preferred
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting services
- Proven ability to identify prospects, generate leads, and convert them into clients
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills
- Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for financial and accounting services
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to propose suitable solutions
- Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective clients
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve business development targets
- Develop long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
Preferred Background
Candidates who have worked in CA firms / CS firms / Legal & Professional Services firms and have experience in selling accounting, finance, taxation, compliance, or related professional services are strongly preferred.
