KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TECHNICAL SKILL
- BBS Preparation & Quantity Calculation.
- Measurement as per IS Codes & Drawings.
- CPWD Norms/DSR & Specifications.
- RA Bills & Final Bills.
- Escalation Claims/Bills.
- Rate Analysis for Non-Scheduled Items.
- BOQ, Tender & Work Order Knowledge.
- Extra & Deviation Items.
- Client Coordination & Documentation.
- MS Excel, MS Office, MS Project (Preferred).
CANDIDATE PROFILE
The ideal candidate should have robust experience in billing, quantity surveying and planning, with proven exposure to high-rise construction projects.
High-Rise Construction Experience is mandatory.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
