Job Summary- Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for visual storytelling and branding, with the ability to design attractive product labels, packaging, marketing creatives, and digital assets. Basic understanding of healthcare, nutraceutical, herbal, or FMCG products will be an added advantage.

The candidate should also possess basic video editing skills to create engaging promotional and social media content while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

*Key Responsibilities*

1.Design creative product labels, cartons, packaging, and marketing collateral.

2.Create brochures, flyers, banners, standees, posters, presentations, and other promotional materials.

3.Develop social media creatives, website banners, emailers, and digital advertisements.

4.Edit short promotional videos, reels, and product demonstration videos for digital platforms.

5.Understand product features and translate technical information into visually appealing designs.

6.Coordinate with the Marketing, Product, and Regulatory teams to ensure artwork accuracy and compliance.

7.Ensure all artwork follows brand identity and quality standards.

8.Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printing vendors when required.

9.Create mock-ups and packaging concepts for new product launches.





10.Organize and maintain design assets, templates, and brand guidelines.

11.Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI design tools, and digital marketing creatives.

12.Incorporate feedback and deliver revisions within agreed timelines.

13.Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.

*Required Skills*

Strong creativity with an eye for aesthetics, typography, layout, and color.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.

Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign is preferred.

Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Filmora, or similar tools.

Familiarity with Canva for quick marketing creatives.

Understanding of product label design, packaging, and print production.

Basic knowledge of healthcare, pharmaceutical, herbal, nutraceutical, cosmetic, or FMCG products.

Ability to understand product information and convert it into engaging visual communication.

Valuable communication and collaboration skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize work effectively.

Familiarity with AI-powered design tools (such as Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or similar) will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
