- Operate the corrugation machine safely and efficiently.
- Ensure flute quality, proper bonding, and board GSM as per specifications.
- Monitor machine parameters such as temperature, steam pressure, and speed.
- Minimize board defects like warp, blister, delamination, and moisture issues.
- Perform machine setup for different board combinations.
- Coordinate with the Production and Quality teams to achieve production targets.
- Maintain housekeeping and follow all safety procedures.
- Report machine breakdowns and coordinate with the maintenance team.
- Reduce wastage and improve machine productivity.
