Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Bench Sales Recruiters to join our US IT Staffing team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are interested in building a career in US recruitment and bench sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants to Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients across the US.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and clients to identify recent business opportunities.
- Negotiate pay rates, contract terms, and placement conditions with vendors and clients.
- Coordinate interviews, follow up on submissions, and track consultant placements.
- Maintain a database of consultants, vendors, and client requirements.
- Prepare and share consultant resumes based on client requirements.
- Work closely with recruiters and account managers to maximize consultant placements.
- Follow up regularly with vendors regarding interview feedback, offers,
and onboarding.
- Maintain daily reports of submissions, interviews, placements, and marketing activities.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Willingness to work in the US shift.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the US IT Staffing industry is an added advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
