Conbun is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making and receiving calls, generating leads, following up with potential customers, explaining company services, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
- Explain company services, products, and offerings to potential customers.
- Generate new leads through calling and follow-up activities.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and appointment scheduling.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Handle customer queries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Update customer information and follow-up status in the CRM/record system.
- Prepare regular calling and lead-generation reports for the management.
