- Assist in basic Continental food preparation and cooking.
- Handle cutting, chopping, marination, and mise en place.
- Support the Continental Chef during daily kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation.
- Follow food safety, quality, and kitchen SOPs.
- Ensure proper storage and minimize food wastage.
- Assist in timely preparation and plating during service.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in a Continental kitchen preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Continental dishes and cooking techniques.
- Good hygiene and kitchen discipline.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
