We are looking for a talented and creative graphic designer & video editor who can handle both static and video content and has a strong understanding of social media creatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative and engaging social media posts, carousels, banners, advertisements, and promotional creatives.
- Create and edit engaging Instagram Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and marketing videos.
- Develop creative concepts according to different brands, campaigns, and marketing requirements.
- Edit videos with proper cuts, transitions, effects, text animations, music, sound effects, and visual elements.
- Create high-quality creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Work closely with the SEO, social media, performance marketing, and content teams to create marketing creatives.
- Understand brand guidelines and maintain consistent branding across all designs and videos.
- Convert marketing ideas and content into visually appealing designs and videos.
- Handle multiple creative projects and deliver work within defined deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media trends, Reel formats, transitions, and creative styles.
- Make revisions based on feedback and ensure final creatives meet quality standards.

Required Skills

- 2+ years of professional experience in graphic designing and video editing.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Canva and other tools.




- Good working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Knowledge of creating creative carousels, social media posts, Reels, short videos, advertisements, and promotional content.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour combinations, visual hierarchy, and branding.
- Ability to create creative and original concepts, not just template-based designs.
- Good understanding of social media creative formats and trends.
- Ability to edit videos according to the platform and target audience.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
- Ability to understand a brief and convert it into a robust visual concept.

Good to Have

- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
- Knowledge of Illustrator.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
- Experience creating creatives for digital marketing campaigns and paid advertisements.
- Knowledge of trending Instagram Reels, transitions, hooks, and short-form video formats.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about design and video content. The ideal candidate should be able to take a basic idea or marketing brief and independently turn it into a professional, engaging, and conversion-focused creative.

A portfolio is mandatory. Candidates should be able to share examples of their previous graphic designs, carousels, Reels, and video editing work.
