Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Medical Officer / Clinical Assistant to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing quality patient care, assisting senior doctors, conducting patient assessments, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day clinical operations.

The candidate should have good clinical knowledge, strong communication skills, a patient-centric approach, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct initial patient assessment, history taking, and basic clinical examination.
- Assist consultants and senior doctors during OPD, procedures, rounds, and patient consultations.
- Monitor patients and identify any changes in clinical condition.
- Provide appropriate medical advice and treatment within the scope of the role.
- Review investigation reports and assist in clinical decision-making.
- Prepare and maintain accurate patient records, case sheets, prescriptions, and clinical documentation.
- Coordinate with nursing staff, laboratory, pharmacy, and other departments for patient care.
- Educate patients and attendants regarding medications, investigations, follow-up, and general health care.
- Ensure timely escalation of critical or emergency cases to the concerned senior doctor.
- Follow hospital/clinic protocols, infection-control practices, and patient-safety standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and medical records.




- Assist in maintaining smooth clinical workflow and overall patient experience.
- Participate in clinical meetings, training programs, and other activities as required.
- Perform any other clinical responsibilities assigned by the senior medical team.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, shifts, weekends, or on-call duties when required.

Qualifications & Eligibility

- Candidate must possess a recognized medical qualification relevant to the position.
- Valid registration with the Gujarat Medical Council (GMC) OR the Council of Homoeopathic System of Medicine, Gujarat (CHSMG) is mandatory.
- Candidates must be eligible to practice within the scope of their registered qualification.
- Freshers with valid council registration are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in a hospital, clinic, OPD, or healthcare setting will be an advantage.
- Good communication, patient-handling, and clinical documentation skills are required.

Pay: ₹80.00 - ₹160.00 per hour
