Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting:

Prepare and finalize standalone and consolidated financial statements under IND AS and Indian GAAP. Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements related to financial reporng. Liaise with statutory auditors for annual audits and quarterly reviews. Liaise with Tax Auditors for Tax Audits and the related annexures.

2. Ancillary Accounting Work (includes but not limited to):

Fixed Assets Accounting , Intercompany Reconciliations, Provisioning for expenses and liabilities , Monthly/quarterly/annual closing of books of accounts.

3. Taxaon:

Preparation and filing of Tax Audit Report (Form 3CD) under the Income Tax Act. Ensure compliance with Direct Tax provisions – including TDS, Advance Tax, computaon of taxable income, etc. Hands-on experience with Indirect Taxes – including GST return preparaon and reconciliaon, input credit, and compliance.



Coordinate with tax consultants and internal stakeholders for tax assessments and noces.

4. Internal Controls & Documentaon:

Ensure proper internal controls are in place for all accounng and tax funcons. Maintain complete and accurate documentaon for audit and compliance.

5. Skills & Competencies:

Sound knowledge of IND AS / Indian GAAP. Proficient in preparing tax audit reports. In-depth knowledge of Direct and Indirect Tax provisions. Familiar with accounng soware like Tally, SAP, or ERP systems. Robust analycal and reconciliaon skills. Ability to meet deadlines and manage mulple tasks. Good communicaon and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of “LOGIC” ERP or any other similar end-to-end ERPs like SAP, Oracle will be preferred.
