TRANSPORTATION DISPATCHER — NIGHT SHIFT

This is a 100% ON-SITE, IN-OFFICE job. Remote, hybrid, and work-from-home options are NOT available.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Dispatcher to coordinate and manage fleet operations. The ideal candidate has experience in trucking or freight dispatching, communicates effectively with drivers and customers, and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

NIGHT SHIFT — ON-SITE ONLY

Monday–Saturday: 5:30 PM–4:30 AM (India Time)

Applicants must be available to work the full night shift and report to the office for every scheduled shift.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan, schedule, and dispatch drivers for pickups and deliveries across assigned routes
- Monitor driver locations and route progress using GPS tracking systems and dispatch software
- Maintain consistent communication with drivers, clients, and warehouse personnel
- Ensure shipments are picked up and delivered safely and on schedule
- Maintain accurate records of driver hours, vehicle inspections, and shipment documentation
- Identify and resolve operational issues, including delays, breakdowns, and unexpected disruptions




- Optimize routes and schedules to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with applicable transportation regulations and company policies
- Coordinate routine maintenance and repair schedules for fleet vehicles

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

- Previous experience in trucking or freight dispatching
- Experience with Electronic Logging Devices (ELD) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
- Familiarity with dispatch platforms and GPS tracking technology
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Solid knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work the required Monday–Saturday NIGHT SHIFT
- Reliable transportation and ability to report to the office consistently
