Project Manager – Civil

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Project Manager – Civil to join our established Real Estate Development team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have 10–15 years of relevant experience in managing residential and commercial construction projects from planning through completion.

The candidate will be responsible for overall project execution, planning, quality, cost control, safety, contractor management, and timely delivery of projects in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Take overall responsibility for planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of construction projects.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, and execution strategies.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per required quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, PMC, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Review and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and other construction drawings.
- Monitor RCC, MS/Mivan Shuttering, civil, structural, and finishing works.
- Supervise foundations, structural works, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, painting, false ceiling, landscaping, and other finishing activities.
- Review project progress against approved schedules and identify delays or potential risks.
- Prepare and review project schedules, progress reports, MIS reports, and project status updates.
- Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and other resources required for project execution.
- Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Review contractor bills, work measurements,



payment certificates, and variation claims.
- Ensure proper quality control and compliance with approved specifications and standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
- Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
- Monitor project costs and ensure effective utilization of resources.
- Coordinate procurement requirements and ensure timely availability of materials.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.
- Lead and motivate project/site teams to achieve project targets.
- Conduct regular project review meetings with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Maintain proper project documentation and records.
- Ensure smooth handover of completed works as per project requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

- B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in real estate construction and project management.
- Proven experience in residential and commercial high-rise / large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, structural, civil, and finishing works.
- Experience in Mivan shuttering / MS structural work will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of construction planning, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and safety management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
