Real Estate Cold Caller / Investment Advisor – Kuwait

About the Role:

Square Yards is hiring Real Estate Cold Callers to generate and convert investor leads for premium UAE and Indian real estate projects. This is an outbound calling role — you'll be the first point of contact for prospective investors, introducing them to top-tier property investment opportunities and passing qualified leads into the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Make high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective real estate investors

Follow up via WhatsApp and other channels to nurture leads

Pitch premium UAE and Indian real estate projects from leading developers

Qualify leads based on investment interest, budget, and intent

Schedule consultations/site visits for the sales team

Log call outcomes and maintain accurate records in the CRM

Meet daily/weekly call volume and lead-conversion targets





Requirements:

Prior cold calling, tele-sales, or real estate experience strongly preferred

Excellent phone communication and objection-handling skills

Resilient, target-driven, comfortable with rejection and high call volumes

Fluent English (Arabic/Hindi a plus for Kuwait's investor base)

Compensation & Perks:

Up to 100% hike on current in-hand CTC

Fixed salary + uncapped high incentives
