Monk Design Studio is seeking a driven and well-connected Sales / Business Development Partner to help us acquire new clients for our core services in AI Automation, Web Design, Branding, and Digital Solutions.

25% COMMISSION ON EVERY SUCCESSFUL PROJECT

Role Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential business clients
- Generate qualified leads and sales opportunities
- Present and position Monk Design Studio’s services to prospects
- Build and maintain robust relationships with potential clients
- Follow up with leads and help convert prospects into paid projects

Commission Structure

Earn 25% commission on every project you successfully bring to Monk Design Studio.

Example earnings:

$1,000 project → $250 commission
$2,000 project → $500 commission




$5,000 project → $1,250 commission

Who We’re Looking For

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience or confidence in B2B sales and client outreach
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and independent
- Background in digital services, marketing, technology, or AI is a plus
- An existing business network is highly valuable
