Job Summary

We are looking for a Label Store Assistant to manage the receiving, storage, issuance, batch printing, reconciliation, and documentation of labels and printed packaging materials. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of maintaining accurate records while ensuring compliance with GMP, 5S, SOPs, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, store, and issue labels and printed packaging materials as per requirements.
- Handle batch printing activities accurately and ensure the correct details are printed as per approved specifications.
- Maintain proper identification, segregation, and storage of labels to prevent mix-ups.
- Maintain accurate stock records and documentation for labels and packaging materials.
- Perform regular reconciliation of issued, printed, used, and returned labels.
- Ensure proper traceability of labels and batch printing activities.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality Control, Purchase, and Stores departments.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate requirements for timely replenishment.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the label store and printing area.
- Follow GMP, 5S, SOPs, safety procedures,



and audit requirements.
- Support documentation and record maintenance during internal and external audits.

Eligibility

- Educational Qualification: Plus Two (12th) or above.
- Experience: Previous experience in store activities is preferred.
- Experience in label handling, batch printing, packaging materials, or pharmaceutical/Ayurvedic manufacturing will be an added advantage.
- Age: Below 40 years.
- Gender: No preference.

- Ability to follow SOPs and maintain proper records.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in store operations, inventory management, label handling, batch printing, or packaging material management are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
