About the Role

Blessing Softtech is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team in Pune. In this role, you will transform raw footage into polished, engaging videos across marketing, social media, product, and corporate content. If you have a strong sense of storytelling, a sharp eye for pacing and visual detail, and hands-on command of modern editing tools, we would love to work with you.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit and assemble raw footage into finished videos for marketing campaigns, social media, product demos, ads, and corporate communications.
- Add motion graphics, transitions, titles, lower-thirds, and visual effects to enhance video quality and brand appeal.
- Perform colour correction, colour grading, and audio mixing/syncing to deliver a professional final output.
- Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and design teams to understand requirements and deliver videos aligned with brand guidelines.
- Optimise and export videos in the correct formats and resolutions for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, websites,



etc.).
- Manage and organise media assets, project files, and version backups efficiently.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions promptly while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Stay current with editing trends, tools, and techniques to keep content fresh and competitive.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–4 years of proven professional experience as a Video Editor.
- Strong proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve is a plus).
- Working knowledge of motion graphics and tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, framing, colour, and sound design.
- Experience with colour grading, audio editing, and exporting for multiple platforms and aspect ratios.
- Robust attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team.
- A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating a range of editing work.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
