Key Responsibilities:

- Provide L1 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end users.
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and Office applications.
- Perform desktop/laptop hardware troubleshooting, including RAM, HDD/SSD, keyboard, mouse, monitor, and power-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT assets.
- Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN connectivity issues.
- Assist with user accounts, password resets, and basic Active Directory administration.
- Log and manage incidents/service requests using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, or ManageEngine.
- Provide remote support using tools such as RDP, AnyDesk, or TeamViewer.




- Escalate unresolved technical issues to L2 teams while ensuring SLA compliance.
- Maintain accurate ticket documentation, troubleshooting records, and IT asset inventory.

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
