Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Station Manager to manage day-to-day logistics operations in Saharanpur. The candidate should have strong team-handling skills, the ability to manage a workforce of up to 100 employees, and a good working knowledge of MS Excel and email communication. The role involves manpower planning, operational coordination, productivity management, shipment processing, and ensuring smooth and timely station operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily logistics and station operations.
- Handle and lead a team of up to 100 employees.
- Plan manpower deployment according to daily operational requirements.
- Monitor employee attendance, productivity, performance, and discipline.
- Manage daily inbound and outbound operations.
- Ensure timely processing, movement, and dispatch of goods/shipments.
- Track operational KPIs and take corrective actions when required.




- Coordinate with internal teams and operational stakeholders through email and other communication channels.
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze daily operational reports using MS Excel.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and company policies.
- Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
- Drive productivity, quality, and continuous process improvement.

Candidate Profile

- Experience in logistics, warehouse, transportation, e-commerce operations, or station management preferred.
- Strong team-handling and people-management skills.
- Experience managing a large workforce is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and email communication is required.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced operational environment.
- Comfortable working in shifts as per business requirements.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
