Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to call potential leads, explain our IT products and services, and generate sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
- Explain IT products and services clearly and persuasively.
- Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with leads to convert them into clients.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.
Requirements:
- Valuable communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT services (web development, software solutions, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Freshers are welcome.
