- Responsible for accounts receivable:

o Sending invoices

o Assist in preparing for invoice posting by collecting and organizing customer purchase orders, sales orders and shipping confirmations

o Performing account reconciliations

o Maintaining accounts receivable files and records

o Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries

o Make collection calls to customers on any invoices that are past due or short paid

o Assisting in producing general financial analysis and reporting

o Follow ups on payments

o Update google sheets of DHL

o NDC Certificates

o Further, is responsible for day to day operations of the Accounts Receivable function

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
