- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in production machines and utility equipment.
- Maintain motors, drives, control panels, and electrical circuits.
- Replace defective electrical components, switches, contactors, relays, and cables.
Machine & Equipment Support
- Support AHU production line machinery and tools.
- Ensure proper functioning of welding machines, drilling machines, bending machines, and assembly equipment.
- Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities.
Panel & Wiring Work
- Carry out electrical wiring as per drawings and standards.
- Install and maintain control panels, MCC panels, and distribution boards.
- Check electrical connections and cable terminations.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow electrical safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Ensure compliance with factory safety regulations.
- Maintain housekeeping in the work area.
- Report unsafe conditions immediately.
Documentation
- Record maintenance activities and breakdown reports.
- Maintain spare parts and electrical inventory records.
- Assist in preparing maintenance logs and checklists.
Required Qualifications
- ITI Electrician (NCVT/SCVT) certification.
- Basic knowledge of industrial electrical systems.
- Understanding of electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
Skills Required
- Electrical troubleshooting.
- Motor and control panel maintenance.
- Knowledge of MCB, MCCB, contactors, relays, timers, and sensors.
- Use of multimeter, clamp meter, and electrical tools.
- Preventive maintenance practices.
- Teamwork and communication skills.
Experience
- Fresher to 3 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance.
- Experience in HVAC/AHU manufacturing industry preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
