- Robust functional understanding of Dynamics 365 Project Operations covering project lifecycle, contracting, invoicing, and financial tracking.
- Own incident management and support activities by diagnosing issues across project, resource, and financial processes.
- Collaborate with business users to refine requirements and deliver targeted enhancements aligned to project delivery needs.
- Work closely with Finance and Operations teams to ensure accurate cost, revenue recognition, and billing configurations.
- Support integrations with D365 Finance, Dataverse, and external systems, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
- Continuously identify optimization opportunities in project execution, reporting, and utilization through system improvements and automation.
